Reservation Policy:
Please inform Cali Deluxe Holidays of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Please note that guests can only use the microwave and the refrigerator in the kitchen.

WiFi is available in the property rooms and is free of charge.
Parking:

Indoor private parking is available on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 15 per day.
Pets:

Pets are not allowed.
Children & Extra Beds:

Children cannot be accommodated at the property.

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Cancellation Policy:

The guest can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 21 days before arrival.

During a reservation refund process, the PayPal fee is deducted from the customer/guest.
